Ask for the change you want
For example: “Notify me on Slack when I receive a lead assigned to me”, “Pause my Telegram workflow”, or “Only keep leads whose postal code starts with 75 in my sales workflow”.
The assistant reads your personal settings and prepares a review card. Check the events, audience, conditions and destinations, then click Confirm. Saying “yes” in the conversation does not execute the change. If several workflows match, identify the one you mean.
Three independent settings
Account emails cover balance, campaigns, integrations, team, support and security. Choose individual categories or turn optional account emails off. Mandatory security and required-action notices remain enabled. These settings are also in your profile.
Lead arrival emails can be off, sent for every delivery, or sent only when no integration covers the lead. They are independent of account emails and notification workflows.
Notification workflows can contain Teams, Slack, Discord, Telegram and webhook destinations. The assistant can create, rename, pause, resume or delete a workflow, add or remove steps, reorder them and change their conditions.
Events, audience and message content
Choose new leads, assignment changes or status changes. Include leads assigned to you and/or unassigned leads. Only owners and administrators may include other members’ leads. Access is checked again before delivery.
Messages may include the campaign, product, reference and a link to the lead. They do not contain contact details or form answers; those remain on the authorised lead page. Free-form message templates are not supported.
Filters use fields available in your account. Conditions within a group use AND; groups use OR. A yes/no branch chooses a path, then returns to its parent path. Per-step preferences override workflow preferences when present; events must also be enabled at workflow level.
Connect each destination
New destinations require connection. Use the assistant’s exact workflow or step link in Notifications, then authorise the app or enter credentials in the secure form. Do not paste tokens or secret webhook URLs into the chat.
The assistant can prepare a test. Confirming sends a real message to the displayed destination; it does not simulate a real lead passing through filters. Normal delivery requires a connected destination, an enabled step and an enabled workflow.
Browser and extension notifications
Use the device controls in Notifications to enable, disable or test notifications on the current browser. The assistant links you there; you grant permission in the browser. Extension settings remain local to the installed extension.
When settings change before confirmation
An old proposal cannot overwrite a more recent screen edit. Read the current settings and prepare a fresh proposal. Each card reports its result. Creating a workflow does not mean its new destinations are connected.
