What it is for

Your results, at the right level of detail. This page helps you identify records needing follow-up and compare results across campaigns and team members.

How to use it

Choose a delivery period first, then review the indicators and the corresponding records. In expert mode, refine your analysis with the filters and tabs described below.

Simplified mode

Three indicators: received, to handle and converted. The period uses delivery dates. The next-action button and status links open the corresponding records with the same dates and filters. The chart shows deliveries by day; choose Table for exact values. Conversions are grouped by delivery date, not sale date.

Expert mode

  • Overview: metrics, trend, statuses and conversion journey.
  • Profitability: known spend, average cost, declared revenue, yield, basket value, conversions and response times.
  • Campaigns and team: sortable tables, search, column selection and CSV export of displayed rows and columns.
  • Diagnostics: delays, delivery times, calls, sources, maturation, prices and data coverage. View data reveals chart values.
  • Fields and salespeople: compare results by collected field values and by salesperson.

Use Compare to enable a reference period, adjust its dates or turn comparison off.

Campaign, product and salesperson filters combine with AND across all tabs. Filters and dates stay in the URL. Clear filters keeps the selected dates.

Reading the results

Statuses and declared sales reflect the current state of records delivered in the period. Profitability measures conversions on records at least 7 days old. Campaign and salesperson tables include all selected deliveries, including recent ones, so their rates use a different base.

A dash means a measurement is unavailable. Spend only covers known prices; declared revenue is not profit. Ratio formulas appear under Profitability. Update statuses and sales regularly for useful results.

Mobile always uses simplified mode. Any existing filter remains visible and can be removed.

Step by step: identify records to follow up

  1. Choose the period. Select the delivery dates of the records you want to analyse.
  2. Review the indicators. Compare received, pending and converted records within that period.
  3. Open the relevant records. Select a status or the suggested next action to reach the list with the same scope.
  4. Update your follow-up. Record statuses and sales in the lead details, then return to analytics to review your results.
