The list of what you buy: one row per campaign, with its volume, spend and state.
What it is for
A campaign is a purchase agreement: a product, a territory, a daily volume, a unit price. This page tells you which ones are running, what they cost, and which one needs your attention.
It is also where you pause and restart. Both are reversible (except a permanent stop, which is not).
How to use it
- Pause and stop are not the same. A pause resumes with one click. A stop is permanent: the campaign never restarts, and you have to create a new one.
- A pause takes effect within 48 h. The campaign still delivers during that window: that is the time the delivery engine needs to apply it, and it lets you change your mind.
- Volume changes with one click, directly on the row. The change is recorded straight away, but applying it to the delivery engine is not automatic: it goes through our team. You get an email once it is done, listing what changed. If you need to cut spend right now, use the pause: that one goes out on its own.
- A campaign with no credit stops on its own. It restarts as soon as the balance recovers, without asking you.
- Campaigns go out one by one. A balance that still covers a campaign at 12 € per lead may no longer cover one at 35 €: the second stops, the first keeps running. So you still receive leads while one of your campaigns has gone quiet. One email warns you, once for all the campaigns affected.
Step by step: pausing a campaign for the holidays
- Find the campaign in the list, by name or vertical.
- Click "Pause". A dialog asks whether you plan to restart it.
- Set the restart date if you know it: the campaign will restart on its own that day. Otherwise choose "No restart planned": you will restart it by hand.
- Check the "will stop in 48 h" note. While it shows, the campaign is still delivering, and you can cancel with one click.
- On your return, check your balance before the campaign restarts: a restart without credit delivers nothing.
Guided view and expert console
On mobile, guided mode is automatic. It presents campaign cards with their actions. In expert mode, choose columns, sort, group and save personal views. Export uses the displayed view. Select several eligible campaigns to request a pause or resume, with confirmation and a result summary. Each campaign keeps its existing business rules and processing delays.
