Your balance, your top-ups, and the detail of what was charged.
What it is for
Never running dry without knowing. Credit is what keeps your campaigns running: at zero they all stop, and they do not catch up on the leads they missed meanwhile.
Every line of the summary matches a delivered lead or a top-up. Nothing is charged without a line.
How to use it
- The balance is in currency, not in number of leads: your campaigns do not all have the same unit price.
- Automatic top-up is the only setting that really matters. It triggers a payment as soon as the balance drops below a threshold you set. Without it you watch by hand, and you will forget on a Friday evening.
- Free credit is spent first. Promotional codes and goodwill gestures go before your own money.
- A declined payment disarms the top-up after three failures, so your card's standing with the bank is not degraded. You are notified each time.
Step by step: putting the account on autopilot
- Register a payment method if there is none. It is held by our payment provider, never by us.
- Choose the trigger threshold. Take three days of consumption: at 50 a day, a 150 threshold gives you time to react if the card fails.
- Choose the top-up amount. One to two weeks of consumption avoids a stream of small payments.
- Switch it on. The first top-up fires at the next drop below the threshold, not immediately.
- Put your card's expiry date in your calendar. It is the number one cause of campaigns stopped on a Monday morning.
