Every contact delivered to you, with its progress. This is where your team works.
What it is for
Turning a contact into a customer. Each row is a person who filled in a form and is waiting for a call (often within minutes, because they have just done it).
The status you set also serves us: it feeds your conversion analytics. A lead left "to handle" for three weeks distorts your own figures before it distorts ours.
How to use it
- The status is yours. Eight possible statuses, including "To handle", "Unreachable", "Appointment" and "Converted". We never touch it.
- Exclusive or shared changes your urgency. An exclusive lead is delivered to you alone. A shared lead is split with at most two other buyers: the prospect expects several calls, and whoever gets through first wins.
- The prospect received a text message announcing you as soon as the lead was delivered. They know you will call: that is what makes them pick up.
- Comments stay with you. They never leave the platform and appear in no export.
Step by step: handling a lead end to end
- Open a lead. Choose your filters and sorting: newest leads appear first by default.
- Read their answers before calling. They take ten seconds and change your opening: a prospect who ticked "homeowner" and "house" does not hear the same pitch as a tenant.
- Call, then log the attempt. The call counter serves your follow-up and reminds you of the legal limit: four solicitations per person over thirty rolling days.
- Set the status right after the call. Not at the end of the day: that is when it gets forgotten, and a forgotten status is a false analysis.
- Write a comment if the call taught you something. "Call back Thursday after 6pm" belongs in the lead's thread, not on a sticky note.
- Move to the next one. If your team has several sales people, set up automatic assignment from Settings so each has their own queue.
Table, columns and saved views
Expert mode offers Table and List + details. Columns lets you select and reorder permitted fields, including form answers. Save a personal view to keep its columns, filters and sorting. Edit the assignee and status in their cells, subject to your permissions. Newest leads appear first by default; you can change the order. Next lead follows the list you opened.
AND/OR filters and sorting
In expert mode, open Filters to combine conditions: AND requires every condition; OR requires at least one. Add groups to combine them, then click Apply. Click a table header to sort all matching results; click again to reverse the order. Saved views keep these settings and CSV exports use the same filters and sorting.
Calls, texts and emails
Call opens your phone app; Send email opens your preferred email app. Afterwards, record the contact with I called, I sent a text or I sent an email. These actions are also available in the table. Opening an app does not confirm that a contact took place.
