What it is for
Update the available settings of an existing campaign while keeping its history and fixed unit price.
Available changes
You can edit the name, caps, end date, company details, SMS and redirect URL. Product, offer, targeting and delivery hours remain read-only. Create a new campaign for a different product or offer.
Saving changes
Review the values and save. Saving records your request; applying it to delivery may require our team. You receive an email once changes are applied. Your fixed unit price is preserved.
Pause and resume are requested from the campaign list and take effect within 48 hours. Deliveries before the pause remain billable.
If delivery is lower than expected
Check the available balance, campaign status and daily cap. Review the displayed schedule, territory and criteria: narrower targeting may reduce available requests. A higher cap does not guarantee more deliveries.
How to use it
- Open the campaign to edit.
- Change the available fields.
- Review your changes and save.
- Read the result and wait for confirmation that the changes have been applied.
