What it is for
All tools brings together the destinations permitted for your account. Find a feature by name, browse collections by purpose or pin your usual actions. This directory changes neither permissions nor your company's business data.
How to use it
Searching temporarily hides favourites to avoid duplicate results. Collections organise daily work, reporting, billing, account settings and resources. You can keep up to six personal favourites. These choices are saved on your account.
Step by step: find and keep a tool
- Search for a tool. Enter its name or choose a category. The result count follows your search.
- Open its page. Click the name and description to reach the feature.
- Pin your shortcut. Use the pin on the right of the tool. Click it again to remove the favourite.
- Return to the collections. Clear the search or select Reset if no results match.
Guided or expert
On mobile, the presentation always uses guided mode, with no mode switch. On a computer, the mode switch in the navigation changes the presentation and keeps your saved preference. Calling sessions and automatic assignment rules are available in expert mode. Switching modes does not start a session or claim a lead. If a tool is missing in both modes, check your permissions with your administrator.
