Your referral code, your referees, and what each one earns you.
What it is for
Earning credit by recommending the platform. Your referee gets a benefit on sign-up, and you get one when they become a customer, not when they sign up.
How to use it
- The reward triggers on your referee's first top-up, not on their registration. That is what prevents courtesy sign-ups, and it is the question we are asked most.
- Free credit is spent before your own money. It cannot be withdrawn and appears on no invoice: it is not a purchase.
- Your code is personal. It follows you, it does not expire, and it works for an unlimited number of referees unless the offer says otherwise.
- An existing customer does not count. Referrals bring new accounts; they do not reward a change of name.
Step by step: referring effectively
- Copy your link, not just the code: the link pre-fills sign-up and avoids typos.
- Approach someone who already buys leads. A peer who never has will take months to decide, and your reward waits for their first top-up.
- Tell them what they get, not what you get. It is their sign-up benefit that decides them.
- Follow your referees in the list. "Registered" is not "customer": the reward arrives on top-up.
- Check your balance afterwards. The credit appears in the consumption summary, marked as a referral.
