Compare received leads, assigned cases, useful conversations, quotes and sales over a clear, comparable period. Start where opportunities are left without a next step. Small samples and recent leads do not establish a team's or region's true performance.

For account-specific advice, the assistant reads authorized statistics and follow-up candidates, then recommends two or three priorities, distinguishing observations, hypotheses and tests. Missing events remain unknown: opening a record is not making a call, a call attempt is not a conversation, and internal activity is not a prospect's website visit.

Check collection, delivery, CRM receipt, assignment and actual first-contact timestamps separately. Respond promptly when contact is permitted and compatible with the person's availability. Assign an owner and next step. Adapt notifications and routing to availability, skills and workload; review the backlog before buying more volume.

A Converted lead counts as a sale even without a recorded amount. Accurate statuses and optional sale details improve reporting and help the algorithm segment profiles, without guaranteeing more sales. State each rate's denominator and filters. Acquisition cost per sale is not complete profitability when handling costs are missing.

Test one change at a time with comparable groups, an agreed period and outcomes such as useful conversations, followed-up quotes and sales; also track refusals and time spent. Use coaching to improve listening and clarity, respecting the rules for recording calls.

Advice changes no settings. After an explicit request, supported notifications, routing and team changes are prepared for review and require a click on Validate. A drafted script sends no message.
