Should I reactivate existing leads or buy new ones?

Compare usable context, handling costs and capacity before increasing volume.

Review why a case stalled, the last interaction, offer and lawful contact context. An outstanding relevant quote, requested callback or genuine recent reply may justify re-engagement. Missing history needs verification; old silence does not prove interest. Exclude objections and do not automatically return Converted leads to a prospecting queue.

If the team is overloaded, organize the existing backlog first. Buying volume does not fix poor contactability or quotes with no follow-up. New leads may help when demand and handling capacity are real. Test a limited mix instead of assuming old or new leads always perform better.

Compare useful conversations, appointments and sales alongside sorting time, communication and acquisition costs where known. Distinguish marginal reactivation cost from full historical cost; do not claim complete ROI from partial costs. Test comparable groups over a stated period and track refusals and workload. The assistant can read authorized lists and links, but cannot invent predictive scores or unrecorded browsing signals.
